
LBC POLICIES
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out the proper paperwork and get settled in the med spa. We are located at 3901 Houma Boulevard, Plaza II, Suite 410 in Metairie. There is ample parking available near Plaza II and our office is located on the second floor.
Our promise at LBC is that every client will enjoy a luxurious and personal experience. To help us keep that promise to you, we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals as this can delay another client's scheduled services. Arriving to your appointment 15 minutes late will be considered a No Show and client will have to reschedule their appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy to learn more.
If you need to cancel your service, please allow at least a week notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations must be made by phone - 504.702.8322.
All deposits are non-refundable. In the case of last minute cancellation, the deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the cancellation fee prior to charging the card on file. If and when there is a remaining balance of the deposit, it will then count as a credit on the client's file and can be used towards any future services at Luxury Beauty Clinic.
Cancellations made within 1 week prior to your appointment will be charged 25% of the total service amount from the card on file provided by the client.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the service amount from the card on file provided by the client.
Failure to give any cancellation notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will be marked as a NO SHOW and client will be charged 100% of the service amount. No shows who paid the deposit will be forfeiting their deposit and will be charged the remainder amount of the scheduled appointment. An additional deposit will be required in order to reschedule.
Due of the nature of our detailed artistic services, we kindly request that you respect our no quest policy. Only those with appointments are allowed in the studio. Children are also prohibited from the studio as it's considered a safety hazard by the Department of Health.
To secure your appointment at LBC, a credit card will be required to put on file in the case of a last minute cancellation (based on the guidelines of our policy) and/or failure to show up to scheduled appointment without prior notice via phone.
A nonrefundable deposit will be taken for any appointments over $100. The deposit is required upon booking in order to secure the requested appointment. The paid nonrefundable deposit will apply toward your total service cost during checkout once the appointment is completed. A different payment method may be used for the remaining balance if you choose.

For all others appointments, your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel within 1 week prior to your appointment (see cancellation policy). Upon completion of your services, you can choose to pay with a different card or the card on file and/or cash.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. There will be a 3% convenience charge added to all credit card transactions. We also accept Care Credit, HSA cards, Sezzle and Klarna. We do not accept Afterpay, checks, money orders, Venmo, or Zelle this time.

Perfecting Touch-up appointments start at $125 and should be scheduled between 8-16 weeks following your first session. These appointments are typically scheduled during your first session and are crucial for the best results. Additional appointments may be needed for oily, super dry, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and clients that don't follow after care instructions properly. Existing Brow Tattoos
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other artists' work. If you have had your brows previously tattooed, we do ask that you email us clear photos of your brows before booking a service with LBC. In your email, please include the following:
photos of your brows
date of your last brow tattoo
number of sessions you received
business and artist name who performed your service
Unfortunately, we are unable to perform our LBC services on clients with the following conditions.
Sick
Pregnant or nursing
Heart conditions
Pace maker or defibrillator
Shingles on your face
Trichotillomania (compulsive pulling of body hair)
Hemophilia or other platelet disorders
Skin irritations near the treatment area
Moles or raised areas in or around the brow
MRSA
Extremely thin, transparent or vascular skin
Auto Immune Disorders of any kind
Have taken Accutane, Isotretinoin, or other strong retinoids within the last 6 months
Undergoing chemotherapy treatment
Permanent makeup and medical aesthetic services are a multi-session process and healed results will vary with each individual client. No guaranteed results will be made. Additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal desired results.

Many factors can result in less than desired outcomes so it is crucial that clients follow all pre and post care instructions! Pre-care instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during your service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment, leading to poor results.
Gratuity is graciously accepted.
